Work
In November 2008 I pulled on my sheepskin and started on as a concept designer at White Sheep, grazing in the field of digital advertising and marketing.
White Sheep is part of Isobar, the world's larget digital agency network.
I am currently accepting freelance work, on my own and through Inventive Design. Selected previous clients of mine include Nokia Research Center, Koodaripalvelut.com, Character Business and Gossard. Email me for more information.
Up until September 2008 I was working at Byroo digital advertising agency as a concept designer.
Clients and brands I worked with included Helsingin Sanomat, DNA, Karhu, NetAnttila, Kodin1, PlusTV, Helsingin juhlaviikot, Viva LKV, MSD Finland.
Previously I was working at Futurice as a user interface and concept designer. Futurice is a very mobile-oriented company, so most of my work there had something mobile related in almost every project.
Notable projects there include the complete overhaul of the most popular photosharing site in Finland, Kuvaboxi, done in 2006. Since then Finland's largest commercial channel, MTV3 acquired Kuvaboxi. Also, the implementation of the new visual identity of the company (designed by Juuso Koponen) was a fun project. I created the complete web site, business cards and some stationery. This was done in 2007.
And a mobile company isn't one without some projects for, ahem, the Big N. Also, I created the original identity, logo and layout for the up-and-coming Silicon Valley startup focused on daycare, ConnectedDay.
Before Futurice I worked at Ch5 Finland as a web designer. My main responsibilities there were website graphic design and template sitebuilding using the company created CMS, Navigo.
Enjoyable projects at Ch5 were the design and sitebuilding of Sponda real estate agency (now renewed), the design and sitebuilding of People Management consulting (now renewed) and creating the new interface for the internal company intranet (blocked from outside IPs)
Other notable clients and brands I worked with while at Ch5 Finland include Sokos Hotels, Otava, Plan, Keskuspuiston ammattiopisto, UNU Wider (United Nations university), MTK and S-Ryhmä.
